A young carer is someone under the age of 18 who provides care and/or emotional support to a family member. You may think of this as just helping out – but if you’re doing this for someone in the family who has a long term illness, physical disability, mental ill health, learning disability, or drug or alcohol misuse, then you are a young carer. We would really like to hear how caring has been for you during since COVID-19 began.

If you are between 11 and 17 years old, please tell us your experience using the questions below, or contact us to give other feedback. What you tell us in this survey is confidential.
