About this event
Join us as we celebrate both the culture and traditions of Eastern Europeans locally and the work we have done so far in strengthening their voices.
We started work with the ICB and NHS England in November 2024 and since we have been focused on providing Eastern European individuals with information about health and care services locally as well as informing them of opportunities to get involved in health and care research. We found many desired information about what supporting services are available to them and how to navigate the UK's health system.
Come along to the event, where we will have:
- Culturally relevant Eastern European entertainment throughout the event (schedule is to come with time slots for entertainers and presenters)
- Free activities for children and families
- VCSE & community organisations, NHS/ Police/ Fire/ EMAS
- Selected Eastern European businesses
- Free food and beverages for the public, including culturally appropriate food

If you are a member of the public, come by on the day from 10 am - 3 pm (no need to book) and join us for a day of community and celebration!
We would like to have as many community organisations and local authority divisions as possible attending our event. If your organisation is interested confirm your place for free here. We hope to get you involved!
